Men's Health Survival of The Fittest - London
Wembley Park plays host to the opening adventure race in the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest season - as such it is the biggest single adventure day in Canada! Featuring a massive 10 obstacle zones all filled with the challenges to make even the toughest guys quake in their boots. This London based obstacle course kicks off a series of events run in conjunction with Rat Race and Men's Health and features over 10,000 competitors striving to cross the finish line first. Last years record time was just 00:39:43 - think you can beat it?
Once you've beaten the race then you can then relax and wind down in a beer tent the size of a football field. But don't get too drunk - the Cardiff race is the next that awaits and you'll need to be in top form!

Brought to you by Men's Health and Rat Race - market leader in Adventure Sports since 2004 - each of 2016's obstacle courses features a 10KM city based route that will have you running your heart out and clambering through 10 unique obstacle zones. Each of these is a challenging and will push your survival instincts to the limit - in addition to all being themed slightly differently to keep things interesting.
Rat Race focus on making their obstacle races tough and enjoyable. They "bring the minerals, machinery and metal" to engineer high quality obstacles that will deliver a stunning experience. Having what they call a "do what the other guy won't" attitude means that each of their events is unique their bespoke events make the most of every location.
The event does't just stop at the finish line either - featuring a signature beer tent and garden you'll be able to experience the city vibes of London whilst having a drink and some well deserved food. Live music and MCs help to create a fantastic atmosphere - just what a survivor like you needs.
