Dirty Dozen Races provide some of the best obstacle races around and hope by doing so they can help people become fitter and healthier. The course are all designed by a mysterious figure known only as 'Beard', which adds a nice touch to the races knowing the were created just to push you to your limits.
The obstacles are big and have a military style to them all. All the obstacles are kept secret too, so you won't know what you're facing until race day! Check out the video below for a teaser of what to expect from this epic event:
